Health - Greenslopes Hospital

Greenslopes Hospital consultation building & multi level carpark.

Tru-Flow services was engaged under managing contractor KANE CONSTRUCTIONS to deliver the complete hydraulic services, including fire, gas to complete the Greenslopes Private Hospital Consulting Suites and Car Park project.

The new six level building, located within the operational campus of the Greenslopes Private Hospital, contains 31 consulting suites over the upper three floors, with 124 car spaces on the lower three floors connecting into the existing adjacent car park, together with roof mounted mechanical plant.

Tru-Flow Services worked closely with Kane construction project team in assisting Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to evolve design to achieve Kane Construction & clients required budget. Procurement, management of the highest level were required by TFS project team as to avoid unnecessary disruption to adjacent path and roadways and maintaining critical access ways for hospital users and staff.

Working in and around the main transport section of the hospital created continual access and ingress issues. At the start of construction, TFS project team provided compliance thoroughly laying out plans and safety procedures well in advance to hospital stakeholders who would communicate and approve the work to proceed.

Tru-Flow Services team were engaged to procure, manage and install all hydraulic, civil and stormwater facilities.

TFS also perform works on behalf of Queensland Urban Utilities in which all major infrastructure services were installed to meet SEQ compliance – This is a major advantage to our clients, in which in house managing of the one contract assists in co-ordination and management duties whilst also assisting in compiling essential compliance & Quality documentation.

This health project included:

Tru-Flow services successfully completed all tasks of the highest standards, whilst managing installation with quality and safety at the forefront – essential for all projects where quality is mandatory.
