Meat packing business Hilton Foods Australia has officially unveiled a $280m state-of-the-art meat production facility in Heathwood, Queensland.
The 45,000 square metre factory will produce the finished fresh meat products for more than 450 Woolworths stores as part of its national supply partnership with the supermarket giant.
The implementation of new technology to packing processes will improve stock availability across more hours of trade.
